The following describes some of the roles and responsibilities we undertake:

 

• Preparation and processing of all customs documents;

• Arranging for examination and clearance of goods through customs;

• Expediting shipments by contracting local shipping agents and/or foreign freight forwarders;

• Providing assistance for proper preparation of documents/invoices 

• Assisting in obtaining necessary licenses and permits which may be required;

• Negotiating with the various shipping companies for the lowest freight rates;

• Providing any guards and customs personnel for clearance and exports;

• Handling of all customs related activities which are necessary to ensure easy clearance and delivery of cargo;
